Our Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Foundational Studies at Boise State University is recruiting for a full-time tenure-track position in educational leadership at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank. Excellence in educational administration is a primary requirement for the position.
# Minimum Qualifications
Required
Qualifications: (1) Earned doctorate by August 2015; (2) A demonstrated record of scholarship or potential to develop a robust research agenda, (3) Demonstrated excellence in K-12 administration; (4) Desire to work with a faculty team to co-teach and engage in scholarly activity; (5) Desire to teach courses in a non-traditional integrated curricular design; (6) Capability to advise graduate students; and (7) Commitment to developing and maintaining partnerships with local school districts.
# Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with superintendent or district-level administrative experience, who demonstrate the capacity to bridge theory with practice, particularly in the area of school finance and school law. Preferred candidates will also have demonstrated experience working in rural and low-income settings. Applicants should have experience integrating technology into the curriculum, strengths in research methodology, expertise with the Common Core State Standards and potential for obtaining external research funds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
