Lead CNC Operator/Machinist Supervisor Job #4064 - Youngstown, Ohio
An Eastern Youngstown, Ohio area company is looking for an experienced Machine Shop Lead CNC Operator/Machinist Supervisor.
Pay $20 - $23 per hour (
bonus and) based on experience. (10 - 15 hrs. per week - paid at time and one half)
As a working supervisor, you will train, coach and develop apprentice machinists; set-up, operate and program CNC Lathes/Mills/Machining Centers and Manual Lathes providing direction in a machine shop environment; have a minimum of three years experience as a Lead CNC Machinist with supervisory responsibilities; have recent CNC/manual machining set up experience utilizing Vertical/Horizontal Mills, Lathes and Machining Centers preferably with FANUC controls; and have the ability to edit programs at the machine and using CAD/CAM applications to increase efficiencies. Must be willing to work overtime (10 - 15 hrs. per week - paid at time and one half).
REQUIREMENTS: Give guidance, motivation, and direction to others and assist with machine set-up, programming, tooling, blue print interpretation and program editing, knowledge of weldments, machine shop supervision experience (CNC mills & lathes).
Must pass standard pre-employment background & drug screening
Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour (
bonus and) based on experience. (10 - 15 hrs. per week - paid at time and one half)
