The Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland seeks experienced macroeconomists with expertise in the development, estimation, and practical use of medium-scale DSGE models. Job responsibilities include developing and maintaining such models, publishing research in professional journals, writing for bank publications, and advising bank management on policy issues.
To qualify,a Ph.D. in economics and at least 2 years of experience are required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
