Description:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or comparable experience in Mechanical Engineering field. 3-7 years of engineering related work experience, exposure to medical products beneficial Mastered knowledge of 3D CAD modelling and drafting (IDEAS) and CAD data controls. Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals, GD&T, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturing and assembly with exposure to design for reliability and value engineering beneficial. Proven experience as a contributing member of a team to take mechanical designs from concept thru assembly, integration and into production. Relevant experience in metal manufacturing and fabrication (machining, casting, sheet metal) required, and knowledge of plastics and polymer processes beneficial (thermo form, fiberglass). Must have strong interpersonal communication skills as well as being a motivated team player.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
