Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker's compensation; Employee relations/coaching experience;
Non-union experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Still in start-up mode, need someone who can set structural process;
Managing the coordination and execution of workforce planning for the organization via HR dept.;
Utilizing the performance, talent, and succession planning management systems;
Providing counsel and guidance to Leadership on all people management and development issues;
Supporting safety focus by driving people related safety goals and initiatives;
Communicating and driving all tools available that will assist individual and team performance improvement.
Comments:
900 employees. Reports to the Plant Manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
