Boston, MA - Lumen Legal is currently working with a Financial Company in Boston who is in seeking an experienced attorney to join its in-house legal department as a Legal Associate.
The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with corporate, transactional and/or tax law and significant experience with legal drafting. Responsibilities will include: managing, drafting, and negotiating private and public market securities transaction documents; negotiating non-disclosure agreements and vendor and service provider arrangements; and providing counsel on securities laws and regulations in offshore jurisdictions, among others.
Candidates must be actively licensed in at least one jurisdiction and have experience at a top-tier, large law firms as well as top academic credentials. The client is offering a competitive compensation package and relocation.
