Summary
The Marketing Analyst will support the firms sales and marketing efforts primarily through direct communication with advisory relationships and consultants. This may include, but is not limited to, the timely and accurate completion of Requests-For-Proposal (RFPs), Requests-For-Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). The candidate will be responsible for compiling information on our client and its investment strategies, completing data requests from current and prospective relationships as well as managing data. This person will be an integral part of the marketing team and must be able to interact with all levels of personnel and senior management.
Responsibilities
Answer, edit and complete proposals and questionnaires from consultants, advisors, and industry publications with accuracy and consistency.
Help to maintain GW&Ks core marketing text databases, which serve as the primary information
source for questionnaire completion and marketing collateral.
Research appropriate responses through supplied information source as well as collaborate on creating new responses.
Complete third-party databases (i.e. Evestment, Mercer, Callan etc.) for all GW&K strategies.
Compile and distribute various performance, characteristics, personnel and asset reports used broadly in marketing.
Manage content on GW&Ks internal marketing portal page to facilitate communication throughout the firm.
Coordinate compliance review and tracking process for marketing materials at various sponsor firms that require pre-approval.
Act as a GW&K resource for all associates involved in sales and marketing.
Additional marketing projects as warranted to support overall marketing objectives, such as product analysis and market research.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required, preferably with 2-3 years prior financial service industry experience.

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate our business and strategies to current relationships and prospective clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data and identify data inconsistencies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
Client service oriented with desire to efficiently and effectively respond to questions from internal and external relationships.
Must be professional and possess the confidence and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior executives and portfolio managers.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Experience working with industry systems (i.e. FactSet, and Bloomberg) is preferred. Ability to learn new systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
