Lead Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities
Guide team developing, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing databases, applications, websites, data, reports, and business critical services.
Manage application development team
Ensure quality delivery of application solutions
Responsible for solutions from inception to release including architecture and documentation
Manage ERP and support applications
Develop procedures and system processes for business requirements, and best practices
Design, code, implement, and support SQL Server based .NET applications, services, and reports to support internal and external systems. Ensure logical data model mapping for all applications and online/desktop/mobile tools
Document key IT system processes and procedures for future reference and general knowledge sharing

Requirements
BS Computer Science or related field
Eight to ten years of software/database development
Three to five years supervisory experience
Strong .NET (C#, VB) development skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
ERP/Manufacturing experience
Ability to implement and manage long-range IT plans and goals
Previous experience implementing enterprise technologies and operational procedures
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX and X+
preferred
Experience with ASP.net is preferred
FDA and validation experience is a plus

This is a direct hire opportunity
Salary is $75-100/k
