Sentara CarePlex - Hampton
Full Time, Nights
Performs housekeeping duties as assigned. Cleans patient rooms and common areas within Hospital setting. Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience in a commercial environment preferred but not required. This position may require heavy lifting of over 75 lbs., with long periods of standing/walking and being able to push, pull and maneuver various equipment.
Ideal candidates will also have at least 6 months of commercial floor cleaning/tech experience with buffing, stripping, and waxing.
Must be a team player, self directed, able to work independently, and willing to cross train in cleaning all areas of facility.
Must be customer service oriented.
HS diploma or GED NOT required.
