The Laser Spine Institute Provider Relations Liaison is responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, community groups, and other potential referral sources through the specific Ambulatory Surgery Center targeted market. This position primarily focuses on developing professional referral relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers in the service area, with the goal of driving and maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for endoscopic spine surgery at Laser Spine Institute.
Essential Functions - Duties &
Responsibilities:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Will provide growth of market presence within surgery center markets.
Execution of identified goals set by the executive team.
Networking with targeted medical specialty professionals and their staff and chiropractors to strengthen current relationships and develop new business while managing existing accounts.
Responsible for continuous superior customer service with all PI attorney contacts.
Provides weekly updates to Manager on status of existing and new accounts.
Planning marketing events for local targeted medical professionals on an as needed basis.
Conduct office visits and effectively manage territory with the purpose and goal of:
Educating referring and new offices on Laser Spine Institute and services offered, surgical approach and enterprise enhancements, new studies, and advances - essential to the target market
Increasing referral percentages, volume and word of mouth
Increasing referral percentages and volume from currently non-referring offices
Maintaining brand image in the community as cutting-edge experts
Introduce, communicate, brand and deliver Laser Spine Institute level of service to the physician's offices and respective communities on a timely basis.
Implement new products, services and protocols to referring offices
Communicate opportunities, market trends and issues to appropriate management and staff in a timely manner and on a regular basis
Coordinate meetings between key physicians and surgeons with outside physicians to improve communication and relationships in order to increase referrals
Call on targeted offices at the required reach, frequency and calls based on daily goals
Conduct lunch and learns in appropriate offices to educate staff and physicians on services and protocols
Conduct quarterly educational dinner programs for referring offices
Assist department leadership with sales related projects
Enter detailed notes for each field contact made and upload daily
Run timely reports to accurately track referring office activity.
Maintain, update and refine our sales database for all offices, referring physicians, staff and office contacts.
Install and assist in troubleshooting PACS and future referring office network offerings.
Coordinate resolution of customer service issues between referring offices and Laser Spine Institute.
Delivery of referral pad, prep kits, insurance updates, educational materials and information/reports and other support materials to referring offices as needed/requested.
Attend/Display at appropriate market trade shows and conferences
Also attend Patient focused seminars produced by LSI sales and marketing that are held in respective regions
Collaboratively develop educational road show and supportive information for presentations to referring offices.
Assist in annual community events sponsored by Laser Spine Institute (May require weekend work)
Assist in special events, luncheons, and other activities conducted by the marketing department, including, but not limited to: support materials, set-up/tear-down, rental arrangements, purchasing needed materials, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor's degree

years of B2B sales experience
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Must be team-oriented with proven customer service skills
Must have an upbeat, professional attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be an energetic, self-motivated and outgoing individual who is able to achieve and maintain established goals.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to complete tasks effectively on a timeline.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
Clean motor vehicle record and car insurance.
Up to 50% travel required in personal vehicle.
