Summary:
Coordinates efforts by the Football staff in the areas of creative media, technology, branding and marketing, especially as it relates to recruiting student-athletes. Supports the efforts of the Department's Communications, Technology & Video, and Marketing offices.
Job Duties:
Social Media & Communications Coordination
Work closely with the Communications staff to complete the following tasks:
1. Assist with the development of a weekly social media plan for public transmissions through the development of social media content, including graphic and video ideas, identification of significant team events.
2. Manage and the official Clemson Kricket App (i.e., update daily news, ensure videos are added, work with Blue Chip staff to keep traffic flowing to the site, submit updated bios and pictures when appropriate, promote Football messaging through the site).
3. Manage social media compliance within Football.
4. Manage and implement a weekly social media plan for private transmissions.
5. Monitor the social media activity of current players for malicious or inappropriate content.
6. Provide weekly reports to the Football staff.
7. Supervise student workers.
Football Recruiting Direction
In addition to coordination of social media functioning aimed at recruiting, employee will direct the following aspects Football recruiting:
1. Develop and update recruiting presentations for the IPad.
2. Facilitate video conferences between coaches and recruits.
3. Assist with on-campus recruiting.
4. Assist in updating facility (e.g., WestZone, Indoor, etc.) graphics throughout the year.
Football Marketing & Branding
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications staffs to improve the branding and exposure of the Football program. Assist the department with external marketing efforts. Assist in the production of special events geared
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years job related experience and comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and strategies; knowledge of Clemson, ACC and NCAA rules.
Additional Salary Information:
Will commensurate with education and work experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
