Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to commercial loan officers, document preparation with the assistance of commercial lenders, and assists with commercial customer's inquiries and other duties as deemed necessary.
Sets up and processes documents and files for loan package completion to meet lending specifications.
Ensures correct combination of documents will be prepared/received for each transaction. Reviews and monitors loan documents for accuracy, completeness and adherence to approval conditions.
Resolves a variety of customer problems/issues regarding bank products and services. Monitors existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms.
Follows up with customer to obtain all necessary information and clarification on financial analysis materials and resources. Advances funds for payment or credit accounts at the request of the borrower or lending officer.
Processes a variety of loan payments, fees and/or payoffs.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
1 to 3 years of commercial loan assistant experience
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with customers
Teamwork
Salary Range: -Commensurate with Experience
