POSITION SUMMARY
We have four Director positions open under this requistition.
All the positions require:
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
TELEWORK SPECIFICATIONS:
Several locations under consideration(CT, PA, NY, NJ, MA)
Two of the Director positions will:
o Lead, design and implement digital personalization strategies to foster strong consumer relationships and engagement
o Experience with building out and testing new digital initiatives with various internal stakeholders
o Solid understanding of user experience and web design best practices dealing with lead generation and application processes
o Extensive experience with leading various marketing stakeholders, IT and creative agencies to create the best in class online customer experience
o Significant experience leading digital prospect personalization initiatives across all digital channels
o Advanced knowledge of web analytics, testing and business intelligence tools to help drive personalization strategy(i.e. Adobe Insight/Analytics/Target, Webtrends, TeaLeaf, Business Objects, SAS, Cognos, Tableau, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server, Flurry)
Two of the Director positions will:
Create policies and procedures to support long term analytics objectives by developing multichannel/business/product knowledge and capabilities enabling utilization of data assets for information based decision making process for online and offline Consumer engagement.
Drive customer centric analytical strategy and provides cross industry analytical methodologies and strategic thinking to leverage within healthcare insurance industry.
Communicate process, methodologies, approach, and findings to Head of Marketing Analytics and other senior leaders.
Accountable for successful utilization of data, resources, vendors, and other analytical assets with the ultimate goal of maximizing ROI, creating new capabilities, and general support of business objectives.
Provide thought leadership in information based, data driven, decision making process in support of planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring business strategy for evolving consumer-facing business. Utilizes resources, technology, and data to develop a range of quantitative statistical analyses to help business teams determine optimal engagement of Consumers, allocation of marketing budget across different media, optimal allocation of business resources and processes with a goal of providing personalized Consumer experience. Actively participate in planning and implementing marketing strategies in support of driving member/consumer engagements, and leveraging member and prospect segmentation to advise on product design, engagement model, and member steerage.

years of directly relevant experience in quantitative business analysis role(s) (preferably in the insurance industry or consumer finance industry).
Experience in manipulating large datasets and samples.
Excellent understanding of test and learn initiatives and other statistical techniques used to provide analytical support.
Ability to lead a team of on and off shore team members

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
