Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
Responsible for preparing all food products for consumption according to pre-established recipes.
Ability to work pre-determined shifts in order to execute program.
Responsible for performing sanitation duties within the department in accordance with corporate and state regulations.
Responsible for the cooking, chilling, and logging information of all products according to corporate, state and federal procedures.
Responsible for breaking down stations and storing all perishable foods.
Responsible for producing sandwiches according to pre-determined recipes.
Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
Assist Restaurant Manager in ensuring proper sanitation and food preparation methods.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
