Description: Purpose:
Part time position to coordinate machine and attachment activity in the Casper yard under the direction of the Gillette Rental Coordinator and Corporate Fleet Manager.
Key Responsibility:
1. MACHINE /ATTACHMENT RECEIVING
Completion of initial check-in: hours, fuel, manuals, pictures, note obvious damage.
Advise Rental Coordinator that machine is here and provide check-in information.
Park machine / attachment in the appropriate area.
2.OUTBOUND MACHINE / ATTACHMENT REQUIREMENTS
Verify equipment / serial number against shipper, take pictures, comply with other instructions.
Assist / load for delivery / shipment.
3. MAINTAIN YARD ORGANIZATION
Machines and attachments located in an orderly manner.
Machine status identified, exercised periodically, consignment inspections completed.
Maintain yard.
4.INVENTORY SUPPORT
Verify inventory information as requested. Support physical inventories as required.
5.OTHER SUPPORT ACTIVITY
Disposition machines / attachments for Service and others as directed.
6. Process equipment requests from sales and other sources by matching and prioritizing available inventory with requests.
7. Maintain accurate inventory records by confirming actual equipment information and updating / auditing system transactions. Perform inventory counts as required.
8. Coordinate maintenance needs of inbound and outbound equipment with Service department and Rental Maintenance Coordinator to ensure equipment availability.
9. Coordinate equipment transportation with Sales staff, customers, Service, and KEC Transportation Coordinator to ensure delivery commitments are met cost effectively.
Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalence
Be able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
Have a basic knowledge and ability in EXCEL, WORD, email, and electronic file management. Be able to work with databases to search, locate, maintain, and interpret information.
Work under pressure and high stress, and interact successfully with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds.
Be able to work outdoors, be physically capable of climbing on machines and some operation.
Possess a valid driver s license.
Some experience with equipment or rentals preferred
Additional Information: This position receives calls after hours (must carry a cell phone) and may be called about or in to work. This position requires the ability and confidence to make important decisions within established guide lines, but at times without complete information or access to management for assistance.
Position may be split with other branch function depending upon level of branch operationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
