Description: The person will plan, manage and implement content for the NWTF website to keep visitors informed about the NWTF-s mission, goals and accomplishments. This position also is responsible for creating compelling content to boost website traffic. This position will work with other individuals and departments within the NWTF to develop additional content that would highlight our mission for online uses.
Duties:
Answer to Media Content Manager
Create, post and maintain compelling website content to reflect relevant NWTF news and seasonal changes
Responsible for driving and increasing website traffic
Create media-rich content pertaining to NWTF programs and initiatives
Edit and proofread content provided by NWTF staff and/or freelancers
Work with Media Content Manager and other staff to produce e-newsletters
Must be willing to travel to NWTF events, including annual convention and sport show, etc.
Take projects from concept to completion with minimal guidance
Understand the NWTF's mission and promote the NWTF to media, members and the public, as well as other employees
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to this position (ie, journalism, English, communications, professional writing sciences)
Proficient in HTML coding
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills a must
Attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines required
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand issues pertaining to hunting, hunters' rights, conservation and the outdoors, and relate these concepts to the public a must
Detail-oriented, creative, deadline-driven team player who can adapt and learn quickly, particularly in regard to new software and technology
Must be able to travel to NWTF events for up to seven days at a time
Knowledge about hunting, conservation and outdoor issues preferred
Must be able to lift 25 poundsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
