Managing overall tool feasibility of all the new parts coming out of design;
Providing technical support and guidance to achieve successful tool launches;
Attending Design Review meetings to review product design for tool construction;
Supplying Program Management with tooling requirements for customer approval;
Traveling to tooling vendors for onsite questions and follow-up, when needed;
Participating in continuous improvement activities;
Staying current on state of the art tooling and processes.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred; or 2-year or Journeyman.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
6
years of related experience with a 4-year degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related disciplines;
8
years of related experience with 2-year degree in tool and die technology;
6
years of related experience and Journeymen Tool/Die Maker;
Automotive industry experience preferred;
Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and planning skills;
Technical writing skills;
Organizational, planning and computer skills (MS Office);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
