Site Quality Management Representative for ISO and FSSC systems
Inspire technicians to achieve high quality goals through a policy of shared data, responsibility, and decision-making.
Lead the QC department to seek information and investigate all quality and food safety deviations/rejections, and non-conformities.
Champion continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies, output, and ability to react to customer concerns.
Quality System ?
Plans, coordinates and directs quality assurance and quality control programs designated to ensure production of safe high quality products consistent with WILD/Alfrebro standards as well as Federal, State and Local law requirements.
ISO/Food Safety ?
Maintain ISO procedures and documents for Quality Department
Participate in ISO audits
Follow ISO procedures
Serve as the ISO management representative who shall have responsibility and authority that includes:
o ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
o reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and
o ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Lead the Food Safety Teams with the following
Responsibilities:
o Oversee the food management system to ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained and updated,.
o Ensure relevant training and education of the food safety team members,
o Report to the organization's top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
