Summary:
As a Coffee/Juice Bar Supervisor you will oversee every aspect of our dynamic Coffee/Juice Bar. You will work side by side with your team to assist them in maintaining and increasing productivity, and monitoring inventory. This position assists the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader with all aspects of the Coffee/Juice Bar including product quality control, customer service, and team member training and development. This position will prepare you for team leadership.
DUTIES:
Ensure excellent customer service.
Create & ensure quality and freshness, consistency in quantity and quality, rotation of product.
Perform all duties and responsibilities of Coffee and Juice Bar Team Members.
Supervise, train and mentor all Coffee and Juice Bar Team Members.
Provide timely product and Team Member concerns to Team Leadership and Facility Leadership
Order all packaging, production ingredients, and vendor products.
Follow proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating and stocking product
Assist with monthly inventory of all supplies and packaging
Comply with all applicable state health and safety codes and maintain clean, sanitary work environment
Complete all spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep logs
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Perform all duties as assigned by Department Team Leader and Associate Team Leader
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive knowledge of Coffee/Juice Bar team procedures and policies.
Capable of teaching others in a constructive and positive manner.
Minimum 1 year of Coffee and/or Juice Bar experience or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to prioritize effectively and delegate responsibilities
Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
Strong organizational skills; basic computer skills.
Able to prioritize efficiently and delegate responsibilities.
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
