Frontier Secure (a Frontier Communications business - NASDAQ:FTR) is a rapidly growing organization focused on delivering a comprehensive portfolio of digital protection services and devices to both consumers and businesses. Frontier Secure is deeply focused on analytics and is looking to grow the organization to support Strategic Partnership operations.
This position is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics for Strategic Partnership contact centers. The primary focus of the organization is to deliver business insights that are actionable and drive improvements in the business.This involves the design, development, and implementation of new reports/metrics as well as the evaluation, analysis, and validation of existing measures. A strong background in contact center reporting and analytics is preferred, and a qualified candidate must be able to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Think critically and contribute relevant and thorough analytics to the organization
Empower leadership to make great decisions through analysis, recommendations, and other findings
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Increase visibility to the business by developing reports in conjunction with the needs of internal teams and partners
Collaborate with other teammates and departments
Qualifications:
3-5 years of demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
In-depth business knowledge - call center experience is preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
Masters degree preferred
Experienced in manipulating large amounts of data for analytical projects
Proficiency in relational database concepts, querying, data warehouses, etc.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (required)
