We have an immediate opportunity for one of our clients in the Warren, NJ area for a highly experience Fulltime Sr. Automation Engineer with experience. In this role, you will be responsible for
o Overall Testing experience of 15
years
o Currently working in Tier 1 companies like IBM, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, CapGemini, Syntel.
o Hands on and expert in Test Automation
o Extensive experience of 4-5 years in conducting Test Consulting & Assessments in Automation
o Expertise in Test Automation Framework Design, Development and Implementation
o Excellent knowledge around Testing processes, Agile-Scrum Methodology based testing and process implementation
o Automation tool experience - Selenium, HP-QTP with descriptive programming, HP-BPT (Business Process Testing), HP-QC Administration & management
o Good knowledge of SOA, Web Services Testing, ERP testing - not mandatory though
o Excellent communications skills - written & oral
o Excellent inter personal skills & presentation skills
o Qualifications in Engineering
Activities:
o Works directly with Customers organizations, Sales & Delivery, and Development to design and develop automation solutions to meet business requirements.
o Gather detailed business and technical requirements from customers and account teams to create specifications that enable the offshore teams to implement custom automation solutions
o Work independently and as a member of a team on engagements with customers, in the automation leadership role to provide detailed documentation of viable automation solutions.
o Responsible for building automation POCs, demos, proposals and solutions
o Present and articulate automation proposals & solution details to senior management at customer organizations
o Ability to travel regularly and spend significant time (1-3 weeks) interacting with customers on solutions engagements
o Interface with Automation COE and provide direction on customer expectations for Automation needs from the field
o Responsible to provide automation solutions and proposals across verticals in US geo - Enterprise & Product Engineering
