Position Overview:

Bullhorn's Alliances team is seeking an experienced person to create sustainable differentiation and drive revenue growth through the Bullhorn Marketplace by owning key sections of Bullhorn's ISV ecosystem.

The Partner Marketing Associate is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Bullhorn through the ecosystem of companies in the CRM/ATS and staffing space. S/he will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key collaborators and ISV partners to drive incremental revenue through our various partners. The Associate will serve as an internal resource to market various partners externally and internally, serving as a resource during the sales cycle to aid in complex sales processes involving multiple constituents. S/he will collaborate with partners to help drive additional Bullhorn awareness across our various international and domestic partners.

Key
Responsibilities:
Drive and measure partner lead activity to drive new Bullhorn revenue and seats.
Create and deliver external sales enablement and training to partner sales organizations.
Create external marketing material designated for partners to easily articulate the value of the Bullhorn products.
Work cooperatively with partner alliances and marketing teams to joint promote Bullhorn to partner customers and prospects.
Drive and measure partner adoption throughout the Bullhorn client base.
Own, create and deliver internal sales enablement and training on the partner products and ecosystem.
Create and maintain internal tools and collateral to help sales drive additional partner adoption.
Work cross-functionally to support partners and customers including working with support, product management and technical liaisons.
Desired Background and Skill Requirements
Ideal candidates have 2
years of account management, marketing or channel experience.
A strong understanding of the Software-as-a-Service industry (SaaS) is desired.
Experience working with staffing or recruiting software a plus.
Must have proven relationship building and account management skills.
Must have the ability to work collaboratively inter and intra departmentally to clearly communicate alliance partner business strategy and incorporate feedback.
