Derivatives Support Analyst

We are looking for a proactive go-getter, with excellent business knowledge in interest rate swaps & securities derivatives. Would also consider folks with eTrading background. Candidate must be able to work with Traders and Development team to support global applications. Ideally looking for someone at the AVP level.
Provide day to day support for global rates business, specifically within the derivatives space. Support globally used application, follow the sun model within the ITIL framework of incident and problem management. Candidate must display high technical proficiency with databases, networks, and have previous scripting experience. Must have had previous experience with trade capture and pricing tools, preferably with interest rate swaps and within open platforms. Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines with multiple tasks having to constantly prioritize and reprioritize incoming support issues. Must have good business knowledge and understanding of fixed income products.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
