Description
JOM Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a member of Johnson and Johnson's Family of Companies, is seeking an Operations Analyst to work in Shepherdsville, KY.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for leading distribution projects for all JOM warehouse operations in KY. Coach and facilitate teams to meet customer and business requirements. Other principal responsibilities include: establishing priorities, coaching individuals, establishing and monitoring department operating budgets, the Performance Development Process, develop, report and maintain department measures, GMP compliance, safety process, project initiation and development for continuous improvement, participating and/or leading cross-functional teams, project management and partnering with organizations outside of JOM.
Leading operational excellence throughout the distribution process through collaborative efforts with Warehousing, Information Management, Customer Financial Services, Global Transportation and the operating company Trade Relations groups, attending conferences and benchmarking companies to identify state of the art technologies, recent regulatory changes, business opportunities, and new customer requirements and recognizing and communicating the need for change and driving the change process. Continuously supports the Distribution Site goals, objectives, and roles and responsibilities. Plays a leadership role in the implementation of new product/new business requirements such as LEAN and Process Excellence. Performs all project management functions and establishes plans that will enable efficient distribution center scalability to support product. Lead process improvements projects to improve services and/or reduce costs. Lead temperature studies for JOM (supporting GTO, JOM, WSO, etc). Identify and explore new technology to enhance operational capacities, warehouse systems, costs, compliance, safety, on-time shipping, and accuracy.
Identify and lead benchmarking activities, participate in industry conferences and customer survey activities and integrate knowledge into Distribution organizational design, technology and process improvements. Ensure that the Distribution Site is prepared to successfully meet any internal or external regulatory compliance requirements such as VAWD, BCP, etc. Assist ongoing critical short and long term capacity analysis and planning. Assist in the development of the distribution Capacity Plan and Headcount Plan to support the operations to meet current and future business requirements. Working with KDC management, help select co-op and then supervise and coach the selected co-op.

Establishes strong work relationships and looks for areas to improve. Takes the necessary action to eliminate safety hazards and communicate to others any observed unsafe behaviors. Wears the appropriate PPE for the assigned job function, attends all required safety trainings. This individual will work with management in identifying and fixing safety issues and proactively works with management on CAPA, Track Wise, Change Controls and MAP items.
The successful candidate should understand and is proficient in all MARC screens needed to perform the assigned job function. Is able to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve product flow issues using MARC and MDCS, good working knowledge of the SAP system, its relation to the MARC system, and its impact on JOM products. Is proficient in the functions of MS Outlook and MS Word, is able to set up and respond to meeting requests, and uses Outlook appropriately for internal communications and is able to work at an intermediate level in all Microsoft applications required for the job function. Additional responsibilities include proficient and knowledgeable in all applicable procedures and processes, is actively engaged in updating or creating procedures as either a One Source Power User or as the SME and informs supervisor of procedural inconsistencies while providing suggestions and/or corrections.
Other principal responsibilities are strives to exceed expectations of customers, acts with customer in mind at all times, uses available customer information to deliver and enhance quality or services delivered, proactively identifies hidden problems. Communicates out information to influence the decision making process, provides assistance and guidance to others, as well as honing their analytical skills. Ensures appropriate tools/approaches are used to provide insight to colleagues, keeps JOM, leaders, and internal and external customers well informed. Ensures all oral and written communications are well structured, effectively delivered, timely, and consistent. Expresses oneself effectively in both individual and group settings, develops, evaluates, implements, and monitors quality management strategies to avoid, exploit, reduce, or transfer issues. Anticipates and manages quality in context of customer satisfaction, overall company interests, and other external factors.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering is required. Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years related experience is required. The ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a leader. He/she will possess experience in warehouse/distribution. Flawless Project Execution (FPX) is preferred. Knowledge of Warehouse Management System application is preferred. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. APICS, LEAN or Process Engineering certification is preferred. This candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suites is required. This position may require 10-15% travel domestically, and will be based in Shepherdsville, KY.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
