Business Specialist - Continuous Improvement
Position
Summary:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland isseeking a Business Specialistin Continuous Improvement. The successful candidate will provide projectmanagement and high technical analysis for Bank, Treasury and Federal ReserveSystem projects.
JobSpecifications:
Actively leads or contributes tohighly visible local and system continuous improvement and or business processexcellence projects.
Develops and presents projectresults and process improvement recommendations to Bank and System leaders.
Responsible for providing highlevel support and leadership for the implementation recommendations to Bank andSystem leaders.
Influences the direction ofcontinuous improvement activities in the System by working with peersthroughout the organization and actively participating in system projects andwork groups.
Performs highly complex dataanalysis and evaluation of local and system-wide operations and financialproblems or issues.
Maintains active workingrelationships with a broad range of risk professionals and line of businessrepresentatives from within the Federal Reserve System.
Assists in the development andimplementation of the Banks' Lean, Six Sigma training program.
Develops effective project plansand strategies
Develops and manages businessopportunity and related projects.
Develops effective, measurable solutionsto business problems.
Works other business entities,support institutions and vendors as required to discover and providecost-effective new processes, technologies and best practices
Performs other duties as assignedor requested.
Adheres to the Bank's attendancepolicies through regular and prompt attendance.
Requires following somewhat definedprocedures. Problems encountered are somewhat complex. Requires makingdecisions about work and working independently.

Bachelor'sdegree
7 years ofrelated work experience

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
