Position Title: BI Business Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA
Key
Responsibilities:
Gather and document reporting requirements from business owners and end users
Conduct interviews, group workshops, business process review and surveys to determine functional and end-user requirements
Create report mock-ups
Work with business stakeholders to define, gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements
Perform analysis of data from multiple sources and work with Architect to provide input to Data Model and ETL processes
Work with report developer on report presentation and testing
Conduct peer review of requirements, design, testing, and other project documents
Support testing efforts, work with QA to develop test plan and test scripts
Support documentation of test results, performance metrics, and provide report to client
Work with management on creating project estimates
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience
Must have 2
years of experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence implementation projects
Must have experience in writing SQL queries in Oracle
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Ability to pass Federal agency's background, Including fingerprint, and reference checks
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in computer science, information systems, or related field
Experience with the HR systems
Agile/scrum methodology experience
Experience working on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of OBIEE
Compensation:
Excellent and competitive compensation available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
