Description Primary Objective:
Accomplishes project objectives by planning, evaluating and communicating all project activities to respective parties.
Responsible for operating project within planned time lines and budget Accountable for communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions and enforcing company policies and procedures Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining associates Responsible for personal development of team Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; determining process improvements and implementing change Enhances department by accepting ownership and accountability for all project activities including contracted vendors Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
