Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for a Loan Processor for our Cool Springs/ Franklin client on a direct hire basis.
Seeking experienced Loan Processor for Loan Operations Department to process loan documents and credit information in accordance with established bank guidelines and policies.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Preparing all documents needed to close a loan and perfect the bank's security interest using the information supplied by loan officer
Reviewing all documentation ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory agency and bank policy requirements
Resolving any issues before processing the loan documents
Ensuring all title issues are met and that the loan is properly recorded
Assisting in loan closings
Continuing to participate in regulatory compliance seminars to ensure that the Bank remains in compliance with regulations
Processing payments, draws, loan fundings, construction draws, and wires
Possessing working knowledge of SBA policies, procedures and regulations
Requirements:
Associate's Degree
2
years of experience
Knowledge, skill, and ability required for the job include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent writing skills
General knowledge and understanding of loan terms and structure
Demonstrated ability to interact constructively and effectively with all constituencies
Candidate will possess demonstrated skill in establishing work priorities, organizing work, and meeting deadlines. Prior experience as a loan processor is required
