Duties: As a Produce Manager in Training, your responsibilities will primarily include assisting the Produce Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department and other assignments as deemed appropriate.
- Support Produce Manager in attaining financial and qualitative benchmarks for the department - including sales and margin targets;
- Work with staff to lead daily stocking and merchandising;
- Actively develop skills and processes to work into a Produce Manager Position
- Department Housekeeping;
- Be knowledge and supportive of MOM-s Culture - Mission/Purpose, Core Values, and Promise to Customers.
Qualifications: An applicant that is a good fit for Produce Manager in Training will meet the following
Qualifications:
- Seeks continual growth in professional and personal life;
- Passionate about organic agriculture and food;
- Strongly dislikes working with assholes;
- Previous retail, restaurant, agriculture experience a plus.
This position requires someone who is hands-on, able to motivate others, and delegate. Must be active, able to be on your feet for extended amounts of time, and able to pickup at least 50lbs on a daily basis. Must be willing to work mornings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
