Good knowledge and experience with TCP/IP protocols, related protocols and applications.
Proficient and experienced with switching (VRRP/HSRP, MLAG, LACP), routing (OSPF/ISIS, BGP), load-balancing, and security (policies, ACLs, IPSEC, etc)
Solid knowledge of network/Internet topology and routing; extensive experience configuring and managing multiple vendor devices.
Good knowledge of MPLS (VPNs, TE) and experience designing and deploying related services. Experience with technologies such as IPv6, VPLS, VOIP, QOS, BFD, 802.11a/b/g/n, 802.1x and related network implementations.
Solid capabilities in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and data analysis techniques with above-average detailed and methodical approach to implementation and problem solving
Ability to represent the team well, and successfully mentor others. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) and be able to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of individuals and groups. Must be able to write technical papers, assist with RFPs and perform vendor analysis. Work independently with internal parties and external providers to resolve complex issues and ensure network availability and stability.
Excellent time management skills - successfully manage a number of large engineering projects in parallel. Must maintain flexibility in the face of changing requirements and work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment.
Unix/shell/Perl/Python scripting skills
Skills Desired: Active participation in industry forums.
Education/Equivalent
Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
6
years of directly related experience at an ISP or large network provider is preferred.
Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS and higher a plus
Ideal candidates will have the following:

Work with multiple vendor platforms including Cisco, Juniper
Great communication skills (will have to write tech papers)

Experience with Foundry and Arista are a plus
Responsibilities include all facets of LAN and WAN network engineering - design, implementation, capacity planning, L4 load balancing, troubleshooting, and interfacing with infrastructure teams, application owners and network vendors.
This includes both designing network solutions as well as deploying solutions on a large, dispersed IP network. Manage devices across diverse vendor platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, Foundry and Arista.
Successful candidates would propose enhancements to network architecture, lead design & deployment efforts, and address complex network problemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
