TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients in Vienna, VA. Per Government Sector, must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

Position Description:

Our client is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team located in Vienna, VA.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Formulate job descriptions and requisition forms based on company requirements.
Assist with formatting of resumes.
Update weekly recruiting report as needed for team.
Responsible for sourcing resumes to recruiters for consideration for opportunities.
Responsible for assisting with identification of candidates for proposal efforts.
Responsible for data management and data entry in various capacities and for various projects as needed.
Responsible for sending out New Hire packets to new candidates.
Responsible for assisting with OFCCP Documentation and ensuring requirements are met on a monthly basis.
Responsible for pre and post hire activities.
Position Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher or relevant certifications (PHR, SHRM, PRC, etc.)
6+ months of recent and relevant experience in a Recruiting Coordination role (within the past year).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in a professional setting.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ability to work on site 40 hours per week, M-F.
Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary to meet requirements/handle work load.
Preferred:
Recruiting Certifications Preferred.
Experience working within a Corporate environment highly desired.
Experience and/or knowledge of OFCCP standards highly desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
