Providing clear and concise project updates, and identifying risks and opportunities. Keeping project member tasks on track; following up on task completion as required. Documenting change requests, reviewing document specification, project management, conducting regression testing, UAT co-ordination, migrating changes, on-going support. Working with HR and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and document system requirements and improve existing business processes. Reviewing existing processes to improve processes and system functionality related to the utilization of all HR systems. Documenting specification requirements and testing conversions and interfaces, managing the development of process documentation and training materials.
Bachelors in Computer Engineering and 60 mo. experience in the job offered and/or as a Systems Engineer. Academic program or experience must have included: .NET development; advanced Java; Mobile technologies (Android & iOS); Cloud technologies.
