Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Siebel CRM environments
Participate in and/or lead infrastructure build activities as appropriate
Maintain the current response and availability service levels with different business units.
Monitor and resolve incidents associated to this product suite.
Work with the team in resolving production issues and co-ordinate support activities with other technology partners.
Interact with the onshore team as required, for issue resolution, status updates, product metrics, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
