Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of one year experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred.
Must be familiar with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Grill experience preferred.
Must be a team player, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times.
Ensures venue product surprises and delights the guests. Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders.
Prepares food and cooks food for guests.
Complete all pre-shift work and break down stations after close following the guidelines of the open/close checklist.
Any and all other duties as assigned.
Physical, Mental, & Environmental Demands:
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, minimum of 4-6 hrs.
Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor either by stairways (a minimum of 20 steps), or by escalator.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Must be fluent and literate in English.
Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.
Must have the manual dexterity to cut, slice, whisk, grab, grip, hold, pour, tear, cut, sort and reach.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying degrees of heat and humidity, second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to work a varied schedule, holidays and weekends as requested.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
