Provide and implement continuous improvement methods and tools to assist plant personnel in the resolution of manufacturing issues
Support and implement improvements by providing methods of evaluation, tracking and measuring results.
Develop metrics and analysis systems to aid in plant decision-making processes
Organize plant Organizational Excellence analysis of production waste and support loss reduction
Lead cross-functional teams in major loss reductionactivities usingimprovement methodology and data analysis
Assist in establishing a culture of process discipline, including identifying process set-up and organizing formal control
Train, educate and support plant personnel in methods of information and data gathering, analysis, process control and improvement methods, including Plan-Do-Check-Act, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why's, etc.
Take ownership of Process Capability Assessment by identifying critical process parameters and recommending capability control , reaction modesand improvement actions.
Support Manufacturing and Quality groups in data collection/analysis and improvement projects
The ideal candidate must have B.S. degree in a technical related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis in Enterprise Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) is preferred. Prior experience as a Process Engineer is highly desired
Ideal candidate will preferably have statistical analysis and problem solving training certificates, including Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Must have strong understanding of continuous improvement principles, problem solving and statistical methods with proficiency in Statistical Process Control
Strong technical report writing and oral communication required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
