Our client, a prestigious company in the Northern Suburbs is seeking a spectacular Deskside Support Technician. There will never be a dull moment on the job! Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with 2 years related experience OR 4
Years of related work experience.
Experience providing remote support
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing software and hardware
Experience with upgrades, enhancements, configurations and deployments of the Operating System, hardware and software.
Experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting Adobe and Microsoft Office 2007-2010.
Experience with both PC and MAC (both desktops and notebooks).
Experience with a ticket managing system
Experience with Dell, HP and Apple hardware, printers and mobile devices
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 (Active Directory, Domain Controllers, etc)
Experience with work documentation
Ideal Candidate will be able to:
Prioritize and execute job duties in a fast and efficient manner.
Have phenomenal face to face communication and customer service skills.
Work with people from a variety of technical background and skill levels.
Lift 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
VMware, Virtual desktops and server environments a plus
User end training experience a plus
Inventory experience a plus
Microsoft certified professional a plus
Experience with VMware, Virtual desktops and server environments a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
