Roles and Responsibilities
To accurately and efficiently fulfill pick tickets delegated by Outbound Material Coordinator.
Primary responsibilities
Operate RFQ scanner to pick orders.
Read full product description and identify exact product required, attention to detail is critical.
Ability to follow specific order fill and packaging instructions.
Ability to multitask and work as a team to complete orders; as directed by manager.
Maintain a clean workstation and safe keeping of tools required for the job.
Strive for constant improvement in capabilities and increase product knowledge.
Considerations
On-the-job training available with processes necessary to complete the job.
Regularly lift up to 60#'s throughout daily shift.
Walking on concrete warehouse floor all shift.
Movement up and down on rolling ladders and platforms throughout shift.
Secondary Responsibilities
Operate powered industrial trucks; both Sit-down and Reach trucks.
Use constructive criticism to become more skilled and efficient order filler.
