Summary: Provide routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to provide a safe and healthful environment. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., filter changing, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing).
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience Requirements:
Five years experience in refrigeration or equivalent combination of training and experience
License/Certications:
CFC Certification preferred
