Position Description: Job summary
This position reports to a Director of Sales Support Services and is responsible for effectively leading a team of Inside Sales Specialists including motivating and coaching to key performance indicators in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations and company goals.
Summary of essential job functions
o Accountable for the day to day operations of a team of 6 Elementary and 3 Secondary Inside Sales Specialists
o Provides leadership and communication to team so that they are inspired to provide innovative and creative solutions that are value added to customers.
o Responsible for the development, and motivation of their team to ensure attainment of Company goals.
o Monitors key performance indicators and provides associates with individual and team results.
o With positive intent, provide recognition, constructive performance feedback, and assist them through mentoring, coaching and counseling for continuous performance improvement.
o Communicates and monitors procedures and processes to support company and departmental standards.
o Assures the team members all have appropriate training and resources to deliver a value added experience for customers.
o Identifies and resolves service concerns through research and root cause analysis.
o Maintains safe and healthful working conditions within stewardship by ensuring all associates comply with company safety policies and procedures

Requirements: Minimum requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent work experience with a minimum of five years sales experience and three years supervisory/leadership experience
Knowledge/Skills required
oDemonstrates dedication to exceeding customer requirements.
oProficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
oAbility to provide effective feedback and coaching for advocate performance and development.
oEffective written, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
oProblem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies and conflicts.
oStrong organization skills and the ability to delegate.
oAbility to time manage with multiple tasks and effectively set priority.
oOracle experience a plus
oExperience designing, implementing, and leading process improvement change intiatives a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
