We're looking for the absolute best and brightest to lead our team of dedicated professionals as the Property Manager at our Springs at Greystone residential community in Birmingham, AL.
Continental Properties Company, Inc. is a dynamic and diverse, national real estate development company headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Continental develops and manages retail, multifamily, and hospitality projects across the country.
What you'll do:
Take responsibility for the performance of this community, the well-being of the residents, and the success of our employees.
You will direct all sales, marketing and leasing activities, prepare and manage your community's budget, be charged with resolving resident issues, ensure your community is continually in pristine condition, and maintain compliance with all fair housing practices.
You will be responsible for all staff management activities including hiring, training, employee development as well as creating and maintaining a highly-positive and dynamic work environment.
What we need:
Two or more years of relevant residential property management experience.
Experience supervising, leading and motivating employees.
Highly approachable personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work occasionally on evenings and weekends.
