The VoIP Tech will install, configure, and support our hugely popular client's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and internet system or a segment of a network system.
Please note that this position must be worked on site in Bentonville, AR.
No remote work or relocation assistance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in data processing or related field
Entry level to 2 years' experience required
Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Major
Responsibilities:
Study and document present work flow and procedures
Identify potential computer networking and computer application areas
Configure and analyze email applications or virus protection software
Write, test and de-bug complex programs
Prepare system flow diagrams and develop systems procedures
Provide technical assistance and training to user staff and to programming and operation personnel
Prepare, coordinate and supervise systems implementation
