IDEXX Laboratories, Inc, - is currently hiring for an accomplished Business Analyst for its In-House Diagnostic division focusing on the IDEXX VetLab suite along with sophisticated interfaces to further IDEXX partners building a fully integrated experience for the Veterinarian and Pet Owner.

JOB
Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business and customer needs into actionable requirements for building a marketable product. As a Business Analyst, this individual will be accountable for medium to large work streams and product modules. This individual will work closely with endusers, customers and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate and document critical requirements. He/she will partner with team members in technical development to ensure the requirements and user stories are well understood and that emerging product solutions adhere to the overall product vision.
## Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Software requirement documentation, Verification and Validation or Business analyst professional a plus
Experience:
3
years in business analysis, software or verification and validation
Agile
Demonstrated ability to lead with limited supervision
Demonstrated multi-tasking with stakeholders and projects
Proven success defining requirements or user stories including user workflows
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and team building skills.
