Summary
This position will manage chemicals purchased and used in an industrial plant as wll as on site personnel.
SAP: All functions listed in SAP training binder for receiving products, inventory product, creating monthly invoice and weekly packing slip.nsibilities:
Run laboratory testing and report results to Lab Manager
Ensure all Calibrations/Accreditation up to date
Inventory Managment
Shortage clerk when necessary
Monthly inventory from excel spreadsheet
Waste Profiling/Ensure drums are available and labelled appropriately/Schedule pickups/Pay invoicesCoordinate plastics/pallet recyclingParts Washers Contracts/Chemicals
Wastewater Consulting
Sharepoint Entries other than lab: MSDS/Solid Waste weights
Business Review Meetings (biannual)
Sludge Pit/RO Water Testing
Vendor Relationships/Contracts/Pricing Agreements
Chemical Approvals
Chemical recertifications
Qualifications:
Background with Chemical or Site Manager experience working within a Specialty Chemicals organization Experience with pretreatment and Automotive background preferred.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Science, Chemical Or Chemical Engineering degree is preferred
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
