The Receptionist is responsible for responding to and directing calls, callers, mail, deliveries and packages to appropriate party; greets clients, customers, associates and visitors to appropriate party or location; assists
With general administrative and office functions such as production of correspondence, mailings, travel arrangements, ordering of show services, time and attendance records; orders and maintains inventory of office supplies.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years general office experience
Strong organizational and general administrative skills
Good communication skills
PC skills, focus on Microsoft Office Suite, WEB
Ability to be flexible, effectively prioritize, and multi-task
Customer service/reception skills

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
