RN - Med/Surg - FT - Days Med/Surg/Pediatrics Registered Nurse Full Time Days 7a 7p The Med/Surg/Pediatric Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the following:
Assessing patients status, analyze and interpret information for intervention Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care Confer with Nursing Supervisors/Directors as it relates to patient care outcomes Interact on a continuous basis with other department by directing activities towards positive outcomes Establish delivery system and utilize nursing process Follow policies, procedures, and standards for Centennial Hospital
Qualifications:
Current RN License Associates Degree or equivalent required 1 year nursing experience BLS required ACLS preferred Minimum 1-3 years experience Ability to apply sound judgment with clinical skills to ensure optimal patient care Accepts and supports changes in work assignments as related to department and patient needs.
