## Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jim Virtue - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
## Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus
Valuable experience
## Requirements
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
