Network Analyst shall be required to support operations of networks and mission systems designed and deployed by client to include isolating problem areas, determining and performing corrective actions, and bringing the networks and mission systems problems back to a fully operational status.
Respond to notifications of network and mission systems problems within 10 minutes (during the normally scheduled workday, excluding after hours, weekends,and federal holidays). The Contractor is required to promptly resolve user problems associated with accessing and/or using the network, whether these problems are fileserver, workstation, backup units or communication devices (bridges, routers, switches).
Install and manage critical Microsoft Windows patches utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Software Update Services (SUS) and task scheduler.
Directly involved with the client staff in implementation and support of WEB development of corporate Oracle databases. This will include front-end applications, server maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Assist in preparing systems for accreditation by creating, editing, and employing system security plans, Trusted Facilities Manual, Concept of Operations (CONOP) along with other operating documents.
Assist with and complete system security plans in coordination with client guidelines and instructions.
Create, edit, and employ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for local and enterprise use.
Security
(Security Plus) certification required.
