District Office Marketing-Marketing Representative I.
The District office is seeking a Marketing Representative I.
The District office supports all campuses which are undergoing reinvention initiatives to ensure greater student success and outcomes. The District office is where the administrative and executive offices are located. We are conveniently situated in the loop, on the corner of Jackson and Franklin, across the street from Chicago's main attraction and one of the tallest buildings in the world, Willis tower, formerly known as Sears Tower.

Works with marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing activities that promote City Colleges of Chicago's mission, educational program offerings and special events.
Serves as part of a team that implements the District's marketing and advertising programs.
Works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to implement and administer elements of marketing and advertising programs that support the overall company's planned objective.
Assists in the research and production of printed collateral and its translation to online and electronic assets.
Collects market research data, focus groups and market demographics to assist the marketing team to develop marketing strategies, inform media buys and evaluate activities.
Assists in coordinating special events and promotional activities by providing day-of-event support.
Manages collateral and recruitment supplies
Assist with the development of marketing collateral, including print, PDF, multimedia materials, web content, etc., and lead generation landing pages.
Assist with marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Performs related duties as assigned.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing supplemented by at least one year of experience in marketing activities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
Must have excellent communication skills and strong writing skills.
Must be computer proficient with knowledge of a variety of software programs.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative thinker who can roll up their sleeves and execute.
Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties.
Chicago residency is required for all full-time employees within 6 months of hire.
