Business Systems Analyst
Reporting to the Director of Information Systems Management, the Business
Systems Analyst is responsible for Information Systems Roadmap, business
requirements and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Information System Managers to complete requirements
and drive projects to completion using business value and input from
stakeholders.
Evaluate key business system functionality, potential risks, rewards, and
business value of investing in current or new business systems.
Work with key system stakeholders to help recommend new projects,
maximize our investment in the systems, and drive system roadmap,
requirements and workflows for new or improved functionality.
Work with internal project review board to scope and prioritize projects.
Serve as point of contact for end user issues and resolution.
Work with key system users to help prepare and execute test plans for all key
system upgrades, new features, etc. to ensure compatibility with other core
systems. Ensure upgrades don't break existing functionality.
Identify and remediate deficiencies in application and internal system
controls.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Business or IT related field
1 - 3 years experiences with IT/IS related systems
Expertise in both written and interpersonal communication, relationship
building,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
