The successful candidate will be responsible for database design and development for a large, highly scalable cloud-based enterprise application. Job functions may include relational as well as non relational databases like Cassandra. Responsibilities may also include development of data access layer in Java using Spring framework. Prior medical devices software development experience is highly desired, but not a must. Familiarity with FDA regulated software development process is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relational database schema and scripts for Oracle12c/11g database
Design, Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures
Design and develop data access layer in Java
Data modeling
Tune performance of SQL queries
Unit testing of database code
Support Software engineering team with database related tasks
Requirements
3-5 years experience in database design and development using Oracle 11g/12c
Expert in PL/SQL development for OLTP applications
Ability to create and execute SQL scripts
Ability to create and modify database schema
Object-oriented programming experience with Java, JBoss, Spring framework
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience with scalable systems design and implementation
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Ability to follow direction well, give accurate time estimates, and deliver on time
Ability to meaningfully participate in design and code reviews
Off site/remote work not permitted - must work at DEKA
Desirable Skills
NoSQL experience in Apache Cassandra ver 1.2 andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
